The Amdo Hat is knitted with natural brown hand spun yak down yarn. As one of the three traditional regions of Tibet, the Amdo ཨ༌མདོ region is located in the north east of the Tibetan world. Most of the area consists of large grasslands where the people raise large herds of yaks, goats, and sheep.
